UpSwing UpDate

2015 First Quarter

May 2015

In January, UpSwing facilitators began another exciting year of book presentations and discussion facilitation with Nestle-Purina. We look forward to an outstanding year with book titles such as The Medici Effect; Leaders Eat Last; and A More Beautiful Question. UpSwing is thrilled to contribute to the continuity of Nestlé Purina’s rich corporate culture through these development opportunities.

UpSwing Founder and CEO, Stephanie Dollschnieder, traveled to Indiana in January to deliver a presentation on change management. During this presentation, Miller Pipeline participants acquired greater insight into key change management principles and tailored advice around helping their teams through transformation.  “Change leadership demands have literally exploded with technology advances, mergers and acquisitions, and growth.  We were excited to be part of helping yet another client deal with change in a positive way,” said Ms. Dollschnieder.

UpSwing has concluded two successful large-scale training initiatives with Ameren Illinois employees on improving customer satisfaction. Both courses received extremely high satisfaction scores for applicable content and for facilitation.   As a result of this training, UpSwing anticipates a continued positive trend in Ameren Illinois’ customer satisfaction and J.D. Power & Associates indices.

The first quarter also brought about a diverse growth opportunity. UpSwing has partnered with Carroll & Company in conducting market research so that we may continue to stay on the cutting edge of adult learning.
