This quarter, three UpSwing staff members took to the big screen! UpSwing consultants and staff members collaborated to produce a series of informational videos. The videos outline important pieces to professional interactions and a brief description of what sets UpSwing apart from other development consulting firms. Stay tuned to UpSwing’s LinkedIn and Facebook pages for the premiere of these videos.

In September, Stephanie Dollschnieder provided Customer Service SENSE, a keynote presentation for the General Membership meeting of the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce. She gave business owners important tips on improving their customer service. UpSwing has been a member of the Chamber since 2014, and is delighted to share our expertise with other businesses in the St. Louis area.

We are proud to welcome Kim Rochetti and Debbie McCullen as UpSwing trainers! Kim is a Lean Six Sigma and strategy development expert and has worked in corporate improvement for nearly fifteen years. Debbie comes to us from Virginia and brings with her more than ten years of management and leadership experience. Welcome Kim and Debbie!
