UpSwing has had a very Happy New Year thus far!
We began the year by providing several customer contact training initiatives to some of our long-time energy industry clients. Starting in January and spanning the entire first quarter we delivered customized workshops to Ameren IL field operations personnel across the state. We facilitated three-hour GOING PRO refresher courses to those who had attended previous UpSwing customer service training. Full day, When Work Brings Customer Contact training was provided to new employees in order to familiarize them with the Ameren customer service focus.
In March, we also facilitated the Understanding Customer Contact workshop for the engineering groups at Ameren IL as part of their orientation curriculum.
After being Certified, our CEO, Stephanie Dollschnieder provided Crucial Conversations© training to associates at Nestlé Purina PetCare.
We are also pleased to announce that our long-term client Spire (formerly known as Laclede Gas) was accepted to present their customer contact training success story at the CS WEEK annual conference in Ft. Worth Texas later this spring. We are proud to have provided change management guidance and training assistance during their exciting and extensive growth, while simultaneously raising their customer satisfaction scores through various training interventions.
