How we get learning "right"

We provide not merely surface level alteration of off-the-shelf courses, but truly customized interventions designed to genuinely meet unique needs. Because we also believe that true learning goes well beyond simple increases in knowledge or skill, we also provide processes and recommendations for "helping the learning stick."


Our beliefs that learning is integral to individual and organizational growth, and that it happens organically in the right environment with the right tools, are the basis of our passion for getting learning right.

These beliefs, which are consistent with Adult Learning principles, mean that our approach to creating the best learning environment begins with an understanding of the problem we are hoping to solve. 


We work closely with a client to obtain a clear and thorough understanding of needs (even uncovering those needs which may not be fully expressed). We consider the strategic objectives of the business; time-frames; budgets; target audience demographics and work environment; and learning methodology in developing the most meaningful learning experiences. 

Our learning philosophy stems from a deeply held belief that people are internally motivated and self-directed, and that learners are, therefore, best served by being presented with the right opportunities to learn through the right channel in the right environment. Rarely does a one-size-fits-all approach hit this mark.


We believe in respecting learners. This means understanding that when adults see the personal relevance and benefit of new and/or different information and skills, they will be self-motivated to learn.
