2014 In Review
It was a big year for UpSwing Performance Improvement! Here's a quick look at last year's notable events:
UpSwing consultants helped to facilitate development of leadership skills, customer service, public speaking, and safety promotion for many businesses around the U.S. Among these were clients such as: CCA Global, Raymond James, InteliSpend/Blackhawk; and Laclede Gas.
UpSwing completed large scale training initiatives with Ameren Missouri and Ameren Illinois. We worked with Ameren Missouri employees for the continuation of a three part curriculum around customer service. In January 2014, UpSwing facilitators provided Creating an Excellent Customer Experience to nearly twelve hundred Ameren employees in thirty two different locations across the state of Missouri. Participants rated the course 93% and left with an improved understanding of interpersonal communication.
In Ameren Illinois, our consultants customized a three-part curriculum around improving the face-to-face interaction between customers and field personnel. As a result of the customized workshops of 2014, UpSwing and Ameren anticipate a continued positive trend in Ameren Illinois’ customer satisfaction and J.D. Power & Associates Indices.
In March of 2014, recent Truman State graduate, Grace Stansbery joined the UpSwing team as an Operations Specialist. She works as a trainer liaison; manages data entry and analysis tasks; and developed the new corporate website, which debuted in October. The new site features detailed explanations of our unique approach to development and adult learning, as well as expanded descriptions of our services and products.
In November, UpSwing became a proud member of the West County Chamber of Commerce.
